Gestión de ayudas

The full page will cover the Gestión de ayudas module in Futuh: how to work the complete cycle of a funded project, from when a grant call enters through Radar to when the final justification is closed with the funder. It will document the canonical stage model (formulation, execution, justification, closure) built on an extended project.project, the document templates associated with each stage, and the connection with sibling modules: entry from Radar, task generation for teams, evidence collection from Plataforma de Recepción Inteligente, and reporting with the Datos M&E module. Gestión de ayudas is where the threads from the other modules converge. The calls for proposals that Radar scores and triages arrive here when someone decides to formulate them. The document requests that Plataforma de Recepción Inteligente classifies as project requests escalate to this module to be opened as a record. Silvio queries the status of projects in natural language and, with operator confirmation, can modify fields. When an advocacy action in Incidencia Política aims to influence the public call funding a project, both are linked. Canonical stage synchronization from the Hub Central of the Federation is under evaluation.
