Futuh uses the native CRM module from Odoo Community 19 without specific modifications.

How it integrates with Futuh

CRM is the natural destination for the handover of tenders detected by Radar. When an incoming call for proposals is of the tender type (CPS, CPV, public procurement), Radar generates a lead in CRM that the commercial team qualifies and moves through the pipeline. Grant calls for proposals follow a different route and go to Gestión de ayudas, not to CRM.
