https://your-organization-name.futuh.coopor a custom domain belonging to your entity. -
You will see the login screen with two fields: Email and Password.
-
Enter the email and initial password your administrator sent you.
-
Click Log in.
-
If this is your first time, Futuh will ask you to change your password. Choose a strong new password and save it in a secure password manager.

Recognize the dashboard
Section titled “Recognize the dashboard”After logging in you arrive at the main screen, also called the app drawer. It is the grid showing all the applications available in your instance.
-
Look at the central grid: each square icon is an application. You will see cards for modules such as Projects, Contacts, CRM, Gestión de ayudas, Radar, and others depending on the bundle installed.
-
Find the top bar. On the left is the Futuh logo and a dropdown menu with all applications. On the right you will see your name, the messages icon, and the notifications icon.
-
Verify that your name or initial appears in the top-right corner. If it does, your session is active.
-
Count how many cards you have in the grid. That number depends on the bundle your administrator configured for your organization. [VERIFY: número exacto varía por instancia]

-
Click the Contacts icon in the main grid.
-
You will see a list view with the contacts in your organization (people and companies). If your organization has just installed Futuh, the list may be empty or contain only a few test contacts.
-
Find the New button in the top-left corner. Click it.
-
A blank form appears with fields such as Name, Company, Email, Phone.
-
Close the form without saving by clicking the discard icon (trash or back arrow). You are not creating the contact yet; you just wanted to recognize the flow.
-
Return to the main screen by clicking the Futuh logo or the applications icon in the top bar.

-
Click it. A conversation window opens.
-
Type: Hello Silvio, what modules does this instance have?
