Futuh is made up of a standard enterprise management base (Odoo Community 19) and a set of proprietary modules that add intelligence, automation, and cooperation among third-sector organizations. This page describes each piece and how it connects to the rest.

Everything else lives on top of Odoo. Odoo provides analytic accounting, invoicing, CRM, document management, projects, HR, public website, and many other classic business applications. Futuh uses them as-is when they work and extends them when the third sector needs something different.

When a section of this documentation says “this is native Odoo,” it means the behavior is the standard platform behavior and the official Odoo documentation covers it.

Radar automatically searches for public-funding calls for proposals that match your organization and notifies you when they appear. In production it monitors the National Grants Database (BDNS), which covers national and regional calls. The European portal Funding & Tenders (Horizon Europe, CERV, Erasmus+, FEDER, ESF+, LIFE) is in the process of being enabled. [VERIFY: F&T pendiente de renovación de credencial SEDIA, diferido a la siguiente fase.]

Each call arrives with a fit score calculated against your organization’s profile. When you decide it is worth pursuing, Radar passes the call to Gestión de ayudas as a valued opportunity.

Silvio is a conversational assistant that understands what is inside your Futuh instance and answers your questions in natural language. It can read your project portfolio, your contacts, your documents, and your active modules.

It works as a cross-cutting layer over the rest: you can ask it to find a call for proposals, draft an email from a previous conversation, or summarize the status of a project. It uses open European models (Mistral) by default and lets you connect your own external AI client when you need to.

Gestión de ayudas accompanies the full cycle of a funded project: identification, formulation, execution, justification, and closure. This is where calls coming from Radar land and where technical reports, line-item budgets, and justifications are generated.

It is designed for organizations that receive public funding with demanding analytic accounting requirements: national grants, European funds, AECID agreements, development cooperation, or humanitarian action.

Recepción Inteligente collects requests that arrive at your organization by email, form, or uploaded file, classifies them with AI, and opens the corresponding task inside Futuh. It reduces the work of manually copying from your inbox into the management tool.

Each request is automatically tagged with the document type, the responsible area, and the urgency level. The team confirms or corrects the classification; Silvio learns from corrections.

The political advocacy module supports advocacy campaigns: tracking of parliamentary contacts, votes, actions in institutions, alliances, and public positions. It is designed for organizations that combine technical work with political work for institutional impact.

The Federation connects your instance to services shared by all organizations using Futuh: a public catalog of grants, document templates, and specialized AI agents — without you having to maintain any of it yourself.

There is a Hub Central operated by ACPP that publishes the document canon and updates. Your instance consumes them when it needs them.

[VERIFY: módulo planificado, no liberado todavía.] The data, monitoring, and evaluation module is in design. It will cover impact indicators, import from KoboToolbox, and reporting for AECID, EU, UNHCR, and AACID. Until it is released, this documentation will grow as features become available.

Not all organizations install the same modules. A bundle is a predefined combination designed for a specific sector: development cooperation, social intervention (TSAS), or the social and solidarity economy. Your administrator chose a bundle when deploying the instance.

You can check which modules you have active under Configuration → Installed Modules.
