Futuh School

Learning AI with judgement.

Training in AI and technology for third sector teams. We accompany people so they can understand, use and integrate technology and artificial intelligence with autonomy.

What it solves

From trying tools to building capacity.

Incorporating AI tends to generate enthusiasm, fear, confusion or superficial use. The School turns that uncertainty into practical learning.

We help teams move from "trying tools" to building internal capacities. To know how to ask, interpret, decide, set limits and apply AI where it genuinely adds value. To build a technological culture of their own.

Itineraries

Seven pathways, adaptable to each team.

01

First use of AI

What it is, what it can do, what it cannot, where to draw the limits. For teams starting from scratch who need solid ground before going further.

02

Internal prompt design

From a one-off prompt to the prompt as an organisational asset. How to structure, version and share them without losing the team's knowledge.

03

Building your own assistants

Agents adapted to the organisation's processes and vocabulary. When to create them, how to govern them and when it is better not to build one.

04

AI in project management

Formulation, monitoring, justification, reporting. Concrete applications across the lifecycle of a real project.

05

Communication, documentation and analysis

From draft to publishable piece. AI-assisted reading of reports, meeting transcription, comparative analysis of funding calls.

06

Management, coordination and innovation

Strategic support, environment scanning, decision-making. How to use AI to think better, not to think less.

07

Ethical criteria, privacy, biases and governance

How to decide, how to explain, how to protect. A transversal framework that runs through all other itineraries.

Who it is for

Diverse teams, shared criteria.

Technical teams, management, coordination, project areas, communications, administration, innovation and digitalisation. Itineraries adaptable to each profile and to the organisation's digital maturity.

We also work with mixed groups: the conversation between roles is often where each person learns most.

Formats

Four ways to start.

  • Single sessions — one-off workshop, 2–4 h, specific focus.
  • Short programmes — 4–8 weeks, full itinerary.
  • Extended accompaniment — several months, integrated into the team's work.
  • Integration with Futuh implementation — training as the platform is installed.

In-person Seville / Madrid · online across Spain and Latin America · hybrid on request.

Tailored programme

We always ask to meet the team before making a proposal.

There is no off-the-shelf programme. Each training is designed from the actual level, the living processes and the concrete objectives of the team that will learn.
