1.2. Brand and product
This website communicates the FUTUH product, a joint initiative of ACPP and CONSORCIO ANDALUZ DE IMPULSO SOCIAL (hereinafter, CAIS), an entity with NIF F90335001 and registered office at Calle Marqués de Pickman 49, 41005 Seville, under a 50/50 joint trademark ownership regime between both entities, in accordance with the CAIS ⇄ ACPP Framework Cooperation Agreement of.
The technical operator of the current domain
futuh.ruiberriz.org and, where applicable, of the future
domain futuh.coop, is ACPP. ACPP is
therefore the information society service provider for the purposes of
Article 10 LSSI-CE.
For the purposes of any personal data processing that may take place during the visit to this website, ACPP and CAIS act as joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The conditions of the processing, the allocation of responsibilities, the rights of data subjects and the single point of contact are set out in detail in the Privacy Policy.
2. Conditions of access and use
2.1. Free and open access
Access to this website is free and open, without prejudice to the cost of connection through the telecommunications network contracted by the user.
2.2. Purpose of the website
The purpose of this website is to communicate the Futuh product (its features, its manifesto, its indicative prices) and to enable contact with its owners through the published channels. It does not constitute a transactional platform: it does not allow contracting, payment or account registration. Any commercial enquiry is handled by email outside the site itself.
2.3. Proper use
The user undertakes to use this website in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, public morals and public order. In particular, the user undertakes to:
Not use the site for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
Not introduce, store or disseminate, through or from the site, content contrary to current legislation.
Not carry out actions that may damage, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of the site.
Not impersonate other persons or use false identities.
2.4. Minimum age
This website is aimed at professionals and organisations of the third sector and the social economy, of legal age. It is not aimed at minors under 14 years of age (Article 7.1 LOPDGDD).
3. Intellectual and industrial property
3.1. Trademark
The FUTUH trademark, the associated distinctive signs, the logos and the visual identity are jointly owned 50/50 by ACPP and CAIS, in accordance with the Framework Cooperation Agreement between both entities. Any use of the trademark by third parties requires prior express written authorisation from both joint owners.
3.2. Website content
The texts, images, graphic designs, source code of the site and other published elements are jointly owned by ACPP and CAIS, except those whose authorship corresponds to third parties and are identified as such. Their use by the user is limited to personal consultation in the browser.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the joint owners, except in the cases provided for by law or by the licence under which the source code of the Futuh product is distributed ().
3.3. Citations and links
Users may freely link to this website. The use of the logo or any other distinctive sign of Futuh, ACPP or CAIS to suggest a non-existent connection, sponsorship, recommendation or endorsement is not authorised.
4. Liability
4.1. On content
ACPP and CAIS make their best efforts to keep the content up to date and accurate. However, they do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content at all times, particularly with respect to the indicative prices calculated by the public calculator on the site (which are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Article 1262 of the Spanish Civil Code).
Enquiries received by email are answered within an indicative period of 72 working hours, without this constituting a contractual commitment.
4.2. On technical availability
The site may experience interruptions due to maintenance, external attacks or failures of infrastructure providers without ACPP or CAIS assuming liability for the resulting damages, beyond cases in which such liability is legally enforceable.
4.3. On links to external sites
This site may include links to third-party resources (publications, sectoral institutional domains, referenced tools). ACPP and CAIS assume no liability for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
5. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data that may take place in connection with the use of this website (including server logs, anonymous usage analytics and emails received in the published contact mailboxes) is carried out by ACPP and CAIS as joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR), in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this Legal Notice.
6. Cookies
This site uses exclusively technical and functional personalisation cookies that are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 in fine of LSSI-CE. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. Site usage measurement is performed with the self-hosted Umami tool, which operates without cookies and without individual identification of users.

7. Modifications
ACPP and CAIS reserve the right to modify this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other content of the site, without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from their publication. The date of the last update is shown at the end of the document.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and the use of the website are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Seville, unless the applicable law establishes a different mandatory forum where the user has the status of consumer (Article 90.2 TRLGDCU).
