How to read this
The roadmap has two views. First, the pieces of the Futuh Family with their current status: what is alive and what is coming. Then, the timeline with cross-cutting milestones. Most are in relative order, not on fixed dates. We anchor dates only where there are commitments with real people and events. This page is updated when things change.

Public launch.
Completion of the public website with brand, manifesto, indicative pricing and signable legal documents. First public positioning at the Ruralidades Digitales festival (Burguillos del Cerro, 8 – 10 May).

First real deployments.
Launch of the first complete client cycle: diagnosis, configuration, historical data migration, training and go-live. In parallel, validation with a real tester (mid-size organisation, live projects) to refine simplification before scaling.

Prospecto and federation between members.
Three pieces now in technical pillars arrive: the funding radar Prospecto, the federation between instances of different organisations (on Odoo 19, with stable UUIDs and mirror modules, two autonomous instances that converse without dissolving into a single one) and the evolution of the Discuss module towards unified communications on Matrix/Element: encrypted chat, video calls and SIP telephony integrated into the workspace, with accounts federated with other organisations in the sector.

- ● Bidirectional Discuss ↔ Matrix bridge: chat reaches the fediverse without breaking integration with the project portfolio.

Vision
Own AI and collective intelligence.
Cooperative artificial intelligence infrastructure: open models running on own hardware in alliance with European cooperatives, without depending on extractive clouds. And, on that base, a phase of collective intelligence among federated organisations — where technology not only manages, but helps networks think themselves.
