Prospecto

2026 Q4

Funding radar.

Read the calls, surface the requirements, score the fit. Speed up the analysis before deciding whether to apply.

For third sector organisations that sustain their work with public funding and lose time between official gazettes, scattered platforms and deadlines that close on you. A single layer that tracks, sorts and prepares the path.

Who it is for

Those who depend on public funding without wanting to depend on whoever manages it.

Finding the right call is a full-time job. While you search through BDNS, Funding & Tenders, regional and local gazettes, the deadlines are closing.

Knowing whether you qualify means reading 40 pages of opaque criteria, where the difference between fitting and falling short comes down to one specific technical clause.

Writing the application is exhausting. Technical narratives nobody wants to write and everybody needs. Itemised budgets, justifications repeated year after year, annexes copied from one project to the next.

How it works

Three layers that stack on top of each other.

I · Data

Tracking

More than 1,200 calls indexed from BDNS (state, regional, local) and European programmes (Horizon Europe, CERV, Erasmus+, ERDF, ESF+, Interreg, NDICI, LIFE, Creative Europe). Updated automatically every day.

II · Intelligence

Reading

Fit scoring (0–100) against your organisation's profile. Call reading that extracts requirements, scoring criteria, amounts, deadlines and eligible costs. Curated alerts: what matters and what to watch out for, by sector.

III · Action

Formulation

An agent that helps draft the technical narrative, the itemised budget and the justification. With your organisation's context: previous projects, your usual logical framework, your own language.

The three layers live inside Futuh ERP. What the radar detects enters your project portfolio as a scored opportunity; if you go ahead and apply, the project's data is already there when the post-award justification comes around.

What it does

The concrete part.

  • Radar filtered by your organisation's profile: territory, sector, legal form, size, active lines.
  • Alignment report with per-criterion scoring: where you fit, where you fall short, what you need to score better.
  • Formulation agent with context: project history, your usual logical framework, your own language and references.
  • Alerts on new calls by sector: only what is relevant, no noise.
  • Post-award tracking and justification integrated with the project portfolio.
  • Daily updates from BDNS, weekly from Funding & Tenders EU.

Scope

Sectors and programmes.

National sectors

  • Development cooperation and humanitarian action
  • Social intervention and third sector organisations
  • Social and solidarity economy

European programmes

  • Horizon Europe
  • CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values)
  • Erasmus+
  • ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus)
  • ERDF
  • Interreg
  • NDICI
  • LIFE
  • Creative Europe

How we approach it

Clear rules.

  • Your data lives in your Futuh. Not on an external platform. If you stop using it tomorrow, you take everything with you: indexed calls, assessments, applications, agent context.
  • No waiting list. When it is available, we show it to you in thirty minutes on your own case. No deck, no pitch.
  • Post-award justification is part of the product, not an add-on. What enters through the radar completes its cycle in the same system, with full traceability.
  • Built in Spanish, with Spanish and European calls in mind. It is not a translation of a product designed for another market.

Status

Arriving in 2026 Q4.

Prospecto is currently in technical pillars. The critical pieces work in closed demos: BDNS and Funding & Tenders EU tracking in operation, an AI-driven call parser validated, sectoral scoring tested, formulation agent with real cases. What remains is to integrate everything inside the Futuh ERP flow and open it to the first organisations.

Public release is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026, alongside federation between instances. It can be tested earlier in organisations that already use Futuh and want to be a real tester with live projects.

Does it fit?

Early access for organisations that already manage public funding.

If your organisation handles public funding calls regularly and it would suit you to test Prospecto on your own cases, get in touch. There is no canned presentation: we always ask for a prior conversation to understand the real case.
