The problem we open
Many third sector organisations sustain complex work with scattered tools and rudimentary processes. They manage projects, teams, funders, deadlines and data with commitment and experience, but on systems that do not talk to one another. This generates fatigue, lost time and costs that are often unaffordable.
At the same time, the technological context has changed. Today there are tools for almost any problem, and artificial intelligence opens new possibilities. The challenge is no longer finding technology: it is integrating it with judgement, without losing data sovereignty or becoming trapped in the extractive model that dominates the sector's digitalisation.

Designed for when funders require analytical accounting, multi-donor justification, traceability by milestone and budget line, and granular audits. Adapted to Spanish public grant regulations and European fund regulations. Specialised in development cooperation and humanitarian action; equally valid for companies, universities, research centres and public administrations working with conditioned public funding.
03 · Moves people
Management of centres and professionals, intervention plans, activities, monitoring of collectives and beneficiaries. Impact indicators. Built on the ESS Toolkit by CAIS, with five years of operational use in social intervention entities.
04 · Moves the team
Employed staff, volunteers and affiliated people. Full HR (time tracking, payroll, contracts, absences, appraisals, expenses), job postings and recruitment processes, internal collaboration (chat, calendar, planning, shared documents, electronic signature). The space where the team lives and works every day.

Embedded AI
Across every Futuh line, a layer of intelligence works embedded in the organisation's real processes. It helps to search, read, sort, draft, analyse and query information from the organisation's own data.
Its value lies in expanding teams' operational capacity without replacing their judgement or putting data sovereignty at risk. We work with open European models (Mistral) and with the possibility of connecting the personal AI platform each user already uses externally.
